When they did that, they were trying to make AIDS deaths an equal opportunity disease. When it became politically correct, they got tremendous medical research which basically has wasted billions of research $'s on a disease that is 99.9999999% of the time due to the perverted sexual behavior of those with the disease.

Now with the new epidemic of Aids in the Gay predator population, they can't get by with the bs that it is an equal opportunity disease. Like this study showed most of the HIV/Aids new diagnosis resulted from homosexual behavior.
