Dear Little Toot (I like that better than TT),

I'm so happy you're feeling better. Pretty soon, they'll take all those tubes away and you will be free to kick your little arms and legs. You keep on trying and those doctors and nurses will have you safe and sound and ready to go home with Mommy and Daddy.
We all love you very much so you get well fast, hear?

UPDATE FROM NANA!!!

"Good morning to all...

Logan had a wonderful night and an even better morning. He had NO problems through the night. He slept well in the "big baby" bed, the crib he was placed into after his bath last evening. Beth said he loved being cleaned up with the bath and that it seemed to soothe him.

This morning, she went in before work and held him another 45 minutes. He loved it!... (as did she). He's pink, his eyes are bright again, and he's responding well to her. He doesn't seem to be as aggitated as he was even yesterday. His little throat is still sore, you can tell it when he attempts to cry for just a minute. His oxygen level has been cut from 50% to 47%. They are going to start weaning him VERY slowly and see if soon the canula can again be removed. The *crud* they are sucking from his lungs looks better... more positive signs!

When Logan is upset and he starts to cry, she puts her hand on his little head and gently tells him it's all right. He calms almost immediately. He truly feels her love. To try and explain it is impossible... it's something that you just have to *see*.

Indeed, Logan has started his climb back upward. The antibiotics are helping him, and the care given him has brought this child back to us. God has shown us yet another of His miracles with the life and struggles of Logan.

Logan still has lung problems, we know that. He also has the heart valve problem... something else that is going to have to be watched. But to come from where he was Saturday, the 26th, to today, has indeed been a journey for this baby. A journey that God carried him on and has safely placed him back into our arms. Such a gentle and loving God we have.

Beth told me this morning that she needed the names of those they are praying for again. I have given her the ones that I've seen on the thread. She and Logan said their little prayer last night and remembered little Ryan, and Faith, but as one would expect, others failed her because of the trauma that has been going on with Logan. I tell you this because I want all of our Freeper Family to know that Logan and his family continue to also care about all of you, your needs and our prayers are with all of you also.

Brad's Gramma started this thread for the for Logan's plight at the beginning of his little life, and Uncle TC is his personal vehicle to all on this thread for Logan. And you all joined in to pray for Logan and assist him on his journey. Now it has become a thread of help and hope to all in need.... what a wonderful way to honor God's blessings to all of us. It's become a community of love and caring and giving. A community of prayer for those we love. There are many lessons being learned here... some known, some private that we may never know about. But because of it.... we are ALL benefiting from the Glory of God.
Thank you."

BOY! That is some good news to start the day!

I know the little Termite must like his big boy bed!
Heck, he's a Texan! He was born with a love of wide open spaces!

You GO, Termite!

THANK YOU, GOD!

THANK YOU, FREEPERS!

THANK YOU, CAREGIVERS!
