"No Eye Contact" is a joke (kind of) because there were reports that when Hillary was co-prez walking the halls of the White House, staff was supposed to move out of her way and particularly make "no eye contact" with her. The phrase is also used to joke with people in line. If they encounter Hillary, they should make "no eye contact" just in case her stare "might turn them to stone."

Don't worry about Hillary -- she will do her best to go in the back door of the store and avoid protesters at all costs. If she does happen to enter from the front, she will hustle in quickly with her back to any protesters. She will definitely be aware that you are there, so feel free to ask her some hardball questions.
