I bet Leno could find footage of Gary Coleman looking back and forth, back and forth, like in a tennis match, and can paste that between Arianna & Ah-nold, and then close up on him, "Whatchootalkinbout?!!" Not too imaginative, but the Leno team can make it work with other selective clips.
