I would not consider Nevada, too hot, too many people, too much crime, too many homeless. I think you might want to go to Idaho. They have a lot of land and no people. Give it some thought. Lots of love from Las Vegas.

Idaho isn't immune either. Many Californians are moving there too, especially the Couer D'Laine area. That town inherited 3 more Californians a few weeks ago....my sister, bro-in-law, and nephew.

At least it stays relatively conservative. Many retired fire and police there. However, the property values are growing, a la California style.
