Reno is a mess of dirty freezing snow in the winter and you if you want to live like a lizard, move to Vegas. It's like Phoenix, it's not a temperature, it's an oven setting.....

But personally, if 10 million move to Nevada tomorrow, it wont be too soon for me.

Reno is a mess of dirty freezing snow in the winter

For about one week a year. Negligible precipitation and winter daytime temperatures in the 40s don't make for much of snowy or even freezing winter. Think Silicon Valley temperature band shifted 5-10 degrees cooler.

Please spread the word about this. West and north Phoenix is already a sea of Californians stretching over the horizon. While you're at it, be sure not to tell anyone about the cool high country parts of the state.

"Reno is a mess of dirty freezing snow in the winter"

You must be joking! It only snows several times a year, and it melts quite fast (they say "it never snows on snow".)

And in less than an hour, you have stunning Lake Tahoe and a wide selection of world-class ski resorts.

Not to mention that most of the time, in winter, the skies are sparkling blue, and the sun is shining on and melthing whatever snow has fallen.
