MSNBC and other cable news outlets said that Gray Davis would be giving a press conference at 5 pm EDT.
MSNBC later reported that it would be delayed until 6 pm EDT.
Sacramento news radio reported that it would be 6:30 pm EDT.
MSNBC reported that the California Supreme Court would issue a ruling on the recall issue at 7 pm EDT.
We're all waiting for both that ruling and the Davis press conference.0
