Since we're here, what did you think of that article on the water temperature earlier today?

Really strange.
The water at Nags Head is almost always colder than, say, Cape Hatteras, simply because it isn't as close to the Gulf Stream.

Zavien Doombringer had just remarked to me that the water was cold when he was there last week.
It sounds to me like they really don't know what is causing it, but perhaps the excessive rain we've had here on the east coast is related?
