of course it will....do you realize how much money is given to church-sponsored charity groups like Lutheran Services and Catholic Charities...

I know that there are many Catholic adult homes, senior housing units, homes for unwed mothers, half-way houses etc that depend on federal handouts to keep going...

what if lawsuits demanded that the fed. government stop supporting churches that discriminate?...and thereby pull back all monies that support anything associated with those churches...

I think my church would surely buckle ..(Catholic)...I've noticed that my church organization is all in favor of heavy taxes to support government social spending...they wouldn't dare speak against any social program because they are on the hook for millions in federal/state dollars....

if it meant changing policy to keep the money coming, I am sorry to say that is what they will probably do, especially after this current Pope is gone....

Atheism is their Church. Sep of church and state is code for weaken the church and strengthen the state. Part of the all fronts attack on the middle class.

It's amazing to me that a judge could take away the camp of the Scouts illegally UNLESS they deny God and bend over for the gay agenda. Meanwhile, the Moooslim camp is embraced. I like the Times articles from Iraq that extoll this holy city, that holy mosque, that holy ayatollah with a reverence. At the same time, they attack and destroy everything Christian, implying that Christianity must be somehow defeated. I am not even religious, but I know fascism when I see it.

I am not concerned about Al Qaeda- we can trash them at anytime militarily. I am concerned with fascist leftists trying to undermine every institution in this country. It borders on conspiracy and it is no longer subtle. Leftists like hillary are in our face with their aggression. Either I am paranoid or this is the most serious issue domestically since the Civil War. More depressingly, the repubs are pretending that nothing is happening. Hillary's speech the other day called for the elimination of states rights. Federal law would be generated basically to replace the states rights, including loose interpretations of the Constitution. It scared the sh** out of me.

I am personally at the point where if faced with a confrontation whereby my freedom is usurped by govt, I will not back down if attacked.

All roads are leading to the end of the Constitution as we know it and the usurpation (word?) of "I".
