They have a right to hire and fire whoever they like, but using people in this fashion is immoral and our government issuing visas to these Indians by manipuplating immigration laws to placate interests is infuriating.

When it was the blue collar worker it was just fine, that was just capitalism at work. Now when the commodity of the techies is being shipped to the 3rd world it becomes immoral...

I do not like this any more than I liked moving the industry jobs to slave labor.I just think it is revealing to see how people react when it is them and not their neighbor

That doesn't change the fact that there will be less high paying jobs for the blue collar class to move into. Expanding the middle class is good for everyone and reducing it hurts everyone trying to make a better living. The American Dream is achieved through upward mobility and offshoring eviscerates it.

The problem is that we were assured that the whitecollar jobs would pick up the laid-off bluecollar jobs. And for the most part, they did. Now they aren't even pretending that there is a net at the bottom of this fall. We'll just be S.O.J. (S**t Our of a Job).

I don't think you were insinuating that I would approve of companies having their blue collar guys train indians who are here because of manipulated immigration laws to take their place.

However, just for the record, I'm not and never was of the mindset that corruption and immoral behavior is right.
