You are wrong. The definition in the bill is THE definition of partial birth abortion as it was 'invented' and as it is performed.
I guess I should think you for clearing that up for me, but the links were a tough read. The cavalier tone of the clinical definitions the doctor gives as he describes how his new method of D& E differs from the classic one is frightening. It was sickening as I read further about the inventor's own definitions, examples, and number of these procedures he had performed: induce early fetal demise, dismemberment, performed over 700 of these procedures. Are you sure the language in this bill puts an end to these types of procedures?
