In my post, I did mention that there will be some that are hell bent on doing a PBA .. but majority of others will not want to jeopardize their careers or their lives and won't take the chance of getting caught.

This is their calling. They oppose this legislation and its intents. It largely requires self-enforcement.

Do you think they're going to enforce a law with which they strongly disagree, to guard against the highly unlikely chance they'll ever be caught, questioned, tried, or convicted?

Are you saying that people go through med school for the sole purpose of performing abortions and nothing else?

And no I don't expect them to .. but I do think there are many that will keep an eye on them and wether PBA are being performed or not.
