Keep your eyes on the ball...eventually, we will push it right up to you.Projection, obfuscation, and sophistry. Nice talking to you. This is the same thinking that Jeb faced when he cut down backyard citrus growers and defined Manatee Zones. No thanks (in the words of another).
Government is not a solution, it never was and never will be.
You might want to review the 9th amendment and the 10th while you're at it. Also review Marbury v. Madison, it's real easy to find, it's one of JimRob's links on his homepage.
You've been on the side of freedom in most cases but in this one you are wrong. Life is life and there's no negotiating it. Ever.

But you are arguing that this bill does not save ENOUGH lives.
It's the ones that it saves that you are forgetting.
Nothing short of all is ever enough in this issue, but you take what you can get along the way.
You don't spit at the gains, and call them losses.

"Government is not a solution, it never was and never will be."
While I admit the lp, Constitution and Reform parties are making excellent enroads in this regards, having elected officials is sort of basically essential in passing laws. So how can the lp actually do anything in regardings to changing abortion laws without a single elected official?
Just curious?

Life is life and there's no negotiating it. Ever.It would seem to me it's been negotiated, and tragically so...so how do you propose correcting that situation, if not incrementally?

Well, the correct thing would be to have the Supreme Court overturn Roe vs Wade and allow the states to legislate the issue as they will. And I have no doubt that the majority of the states would legislate a complete ban on abortions of any kind. And I'll be happy when we get there, but as long as the liberals are calling the shots (or obstructing progress in any way they can) it'll never happen. In the meantime, we'll keep chipping away at the problems as we can.
