How is this going to stop the murdering of the innocent? How will it be enforced?

Ummm .. the doctor goes to jail, loses their license to practice and possible malpractice suits

Will it stop every doctor? .. probably not, some are hell bent on just killing babies .. but I'll bet you that a number of doctors will think twice about performing an abortion .. which mean a babies life is saved.

And I'm gonna guess those nurses in the room are not going to want to go down with the doctors also.
