Well, if this bill becomes law, it will get interesting. I think there will plenty of opportunity to catch these guys seeing as how they're doing it openly. And if they go underground, we may even see some racketeering and conspiracy charges coming. Could be a major setback to the abortion industry.

I would imagine that ANY late term abortion will become suspect and the 'danger to the health of the mother' will have to be defended.

And I think you are correct, once the prosecutions start, then we will hear howls of 'police state'.
