So, are you claiming to be a Libertarian? Are you opposed to this legislation? Do you believe UncleBill's slander piece?

I claim to be a free man with no party affiliation but libertarianism closely matches my philosophy. I am opposed to this legislation as currently written. Specifically the implied loophole for abortion doctors. I don't believe anything until I can verify it to the best of my ability.

You've framed your questions in such a way as to paint me in to a corner and that's not logical, reasonable, and factual.

The beauty of your site is that it provides a way to cut issues down to their essense and provide access to the actual text of legislation. In this case, the text of this bill is lacking, in my opinion.

"Specifically the implied loophole for abortion doctors."

If the abortionist does perform a PBA, under this law, he would have to prove that the procedure was essential to save the mother's life. If that provision was not inserted in the bill, the arguments against it would have been monumental, similar to what I argued with FRed, with it, the bill was passed.
