I gave you the answer, the mother's life is in danger, and the doctor feels that a PBA is the only way to go.
Do you want politicians to second-guess doctors in life or death situations Fred?

Well, the answer is, PBA is claimed by the arbortionists to be used to save the life of the mother, but in reality, it's just for convenience. Thousands of babies are killed every year by PBA and these abortions have NOTHING whatsoever to do with saving the life of the mother. They're done just to get rid of the baby. This bill puts the halt to that. These thousands of babies will be saved.
