Thanks for the compliment. I am sure that I am not alone in the idea of learning about the value of incrementalism and patience. I believe that there are several times the number of lurkers on FR as there are active posters. While I don't often participate, I do read a lot and sift through the posts to find bits of wisdom. I am sure that many others do the same thing, and that the concept will take root and flourish.
