Dont pay attention to the study funded by a trade guild interested in making a buck, when we have access to a study from an organization with the nobler goal of ruling the world.
Makes sense that the American Petroleum Institutions members have some interest in remaining in the peoples good graces, though many will doubt the institutes understanding of market based solutions. The U.N. has no intent, or interest in the American Peoples graces so by all means, they are the ruling authority we should trust, in all matters concerning our daily lives.
