If it were true that conservatives who don't consider homosexuality an issue are spineless and fold at the first sign of controversy, then we wouldn't always be here on these threads arguing with people who are brainwashed by the Falwell crowd.

(I don't really think you've been brainwashed, nor have I. I think we've both made rational decisions on this issue based on different assumptions, we happen to disagree, and one of us is probably wrong. And it shouldn't matter so much, because we probably agree on 90 percent of issues.)

What's even sadder is the folks who have no problem with homos, yet they consider themselves religious. I guess reading comprehension is not one of their strong suites.
