Bush wouldn't be able to give grants to failing Corporations or $15,000.000,000 to combat aids Now that you mention it, $15b is just about the figure we handed to the airlines industry after 911 to "save it from collapse"...if I remember correctly.

I was with 50 international kids from 50 different coutnries the past week. They were here in Texas visiting with host famalies. They all said they hate Bush and he is bad for the World. I tried to get into discussions with them and tell them the whole media bias deal and all of them said that Clinton was the better man. These kids are not dumb and most speak 5 or 6 languages but they made me upset when they know the players but they have the wrong idea of our President. I am beginning to wonder if Bush will be re-elected in 2004. It seems the spin wagon is out in full force.

You memory serves you well. It would seem that he would direct a measly $5,000,000,000 ( the way he's spending, it truly is measley) to people who gave their limbs, their sight and their lives while fighting for their country in addition to directing some of those billions to our soldiers and their families in uniform now.
