Still boils down to "he said, she said." Unless there were witnesses in the room or down the hall who can testify that they obeserved the alleged victim wanting any form of sexual contact with the defendant, the defene will have to find a way to effectively contradict her testimony, physical evidence, and testimony of others; or establish enough doubt to at least get a hung jury if not an acquittal.

Still boils down to "he said, she said." For me that is enough doubt absent a major, obvious, character deficiency on the part of one of them. From I've seen, an alledged celebrity chaser vrs. an adulterer is a wash, thus enough doubt for me.
