I think Johnny Depp deserves a pass because he has never really wanted to be main-stream (including mainstream liberal) in any sense of the term and he never really pretented in real life to be anything than what he is.

Plus he is one of the few strange/weird people in Hollywood that can actually act.

agree on the acting...however, i cannot in good conscience support someone with that attitude. He'll not see my money.

It's a shame, many of these celebs were my favs. Ed Harris was one. Now, I wouldn't give him a quarter for a phone call.

I will say this about Johnny Depp, at least he put his money where his mouth is and actually moved to France, unlike Alec Baldwin.
