I believe you vote ansentee in all elections. That's one reason for the 60 day minimum and a time retriction on candidate announcements.

Whoa...DO NOT TRUST those absentee ballots. For goodness' sake, this is California. Who knows where they'll get dumped???

Some precincts have been saying they are considering vote by mail - instead of having to set up polling places to keep costs down.
