Not in dispute is that young woman was:

(a.) delivering a room service request from Mr. Bryant.
(b.) Mr. Bryant was observed by guests of the Inn flirting with the young woman.
(c.)The young woman was "hysterical" after the room visit, according to the Inn staff.
(d.) The young woman was rushed to a hospital by the staff.
(e.) Friends (i.e. "witnesses") of the young woman are now claiming they have observed evidence of force.

I have read varying reports regarding the above. Some have stated:

(a.) the woman took the room service call and advised Mr. Bryant that room service was closed for the evening, yet she chose to go to his room empty-handed anyway.
(b.) The young woman was observed flirting with Mr. Bryant
(c.) Was she "hysterical" because she had been attacked or because she had been tossed out of his room immediately after consensual sex? (She had recently attempted to commit suicide over a failed relationship, right?)
(d.) The young woman went home and was home by midnight. The next morning her mother "told her she had been raped" based on the facts she described to her mother and then she went to the hospital.
(e.) Her friends claim "evidence of force" and that the evidence is "shocking". And you assess the credibility of her friends how?

As I've said many times here, I find the evidence too sketchy to make any conclusive judgments at this point. It does appear to me, however, that you assign levels of credibility based on your own pre-conceived notions.
