Her's was a "suicidal gesture" --- a pre-planned, staged event, NOT a serious attempt to kill herself.

A cry for help? Perhaps, although it was more likely a means of manipulation, by a rather unstable girl, prone to histrionics.

phychiatrical? NO such word.

No kidding? Why don't you check the spelling of my posting (112) before you comment?

These are facts but not 100% correct at all time. There is a SMALL margin of error depending on the person administering the test or the way it is administered.

How do you know that wasn't the first thing he did before investigating everything else? How do you know what the investigation found?

At this point I am done discussing this with you as you have already made up your mind that the girl loves rough sex but didn't like it up the butt and that's why she claimed rape.

And how is it that you know that she didn't take a high enough dosage or what pills she took..? Are you a pharmacist with inside knowledge..?

I haven't made up my mind. I'm just asking questions, Francis.

You also put words in my mouth, as I've never said the above, or agreed with the above.

Francis was a mule in a movie. Did you know that?

Polygraph evidence was ruled inadmissible by the Colorado Supreme Court in 1981, in People v. Anderson, 637 P.2d 354 (Colo. 1981). That decision was abrogated in People v. Shreck, 22 P.3d 68 (Colo. 2001) (en banc), a case on DNA evidence that seems to have left unclear current Colorado law on the admissibility of polygraph evidence.

She obviously didn't take a high enough dosage.

She didn't die, Francis.

He gambled his future earnings, just getting caught in the act of infidelity and tarnishing his reputation without the rape allegation could cost him millions of dollars.

What products are sponsored by this rapist and adulterer? I want to call them and complain about their choice of sponsors.

She obviously didn't take a high enough dosage.

I think you might want to rephrase that, if you give it a moment's thought.

Why? If she really wanted to kill herself, she would have taken enough pills, or a different pill. She didn't.

Maybe she bruised her OWN arms...

I recall a story from a few years back where a woman here in Texas deliberately injured herself, including scratching racial slurs into her flesh, and then claimed she was raped.

Turns out she was lying.

It happens.

It was discussed fully here. Maybe someone else will recall it as well.

What part of 'OVER THE COUNTER' sleeping tablets do you not understand? Translation: NON-narcotic!

Are you as dense as your posts indicate, or do you just play dense on FR to garner attention?

Well, even with your posting, psychiatrical, Webster's Dictionary still says it isn't a word.

No thanks. Besides, I don't have a dog in this fight. KB could very well have raped this woman; the problem, for the accuser, is that the DA is sitting on all the evidence and won't release anything that might help her in public.

I'm just following the case, asking questions, speculating.

There's NO possibility, in your mind, that this girl is lying?
