high gear. Probably the best thing she could do at this
point is to withdraw the charges, change her name and location
and try to get on with her life. Whether this guy is guilty
as charged - who knows? There simply is no way that this

She is an adult and has made an adult charge on a public personage. She has no expectation of privacy. On the contrary, she has made great stides in destroying Bryant without consequence so far.

I would also say that when friends make comments like "she craves attention like no other" and she has reportedly overdosed because her boyfriend left and a friend died, she has serious problems. These are normal life events and overdosing, if it happened, is hardly a normal response.

I don't know if kobe is guilty or not, but the trashing of the the alledged victum has begun already.

He will be defended by the best lawyer that his millions can buy, his basketball status will work in his favor.

What I see as his major problem, and then again maybe not when you factor the money angle, is his marriage.

Will his wife play a Crusy Klinton and forgive him, although it would be for love not money, or will she be so angry and tell him to hit the road.

The girl is just looking for money. She was a Laker cheerleader and he is Kobe Bryant and married. She probably wanted him in the worst way. She probably tried to blackmail Kobe or try to get him to leave his wife and he said no way. So now she is crying rape. I don't believe her for a second.

If you are a girl, out partying with a celebrity and you go back with him and go inside his hotel room, there should be no doubt what is going to follow, so i don't believe for a second that 'she was raped.' No way a sleazy girl like that changes her mind at the last second and decides that she doesn't want to sleep with Bryant. No way.
