I still have to wonder just why this 19 year old woman went up to Kobe's room by herself at 10PM. No woman with an ounce of brains would put herself in that kind of a situation. Morals, no. But brains she may very well have. This woman stands to make serious $$$ in a payoff.
(I'm of course assuming that she wasn't raped, for no amount of money could heal the scars of rape).
Why did she go to his room at night? Maybe because she worked at the hotel and he asked her to? Dunno, but her going to the room at night is not necessarily damning.
