I tire of making this point on these threads, but in a sexual assault case where identity is not in question, one person is a liar. So, by asserting one's innocence, you necessarily imply or overtly state that the accuser is a liar or nutjob.

And let's say for a moment he is innocent of assault. What would that make the girl?
