Wouldn't his using a woman like that and tossing her out like so much wadded-up tissue, be enough to turn you off of him, at least as any kind of decent man?
In the light most favorable to Kobe, he betrayed his wife and treated sex like it was nothing.
He's sunk forever in my esteem even if she was willing.
I tend to think he took a smile for an invitation, and she WASN'T willing; but even in the light most favorable to him, he's a nasty creep.

I agree with you.
My respect went way down. I mean, I love Michael Jordan, but strictly in a basketball sense. In terms of his work ethic and heart ON THE COURT, he was a role model for me. I also do feel for him losing his father, I can relate to that. But his adultery is not tolerable.
Kobe is actually worse, because it seems he loved and wanted to be with his wife. He has no rep for gambling, drinking, whoring or cavorting at strip clubs.
I actually respect a carrouser more than a guy who is upstanding then makes a terrible immoral choice.

I'll get burned for saying this, but why do young star struck women think they can go to the hotel room of a superstar and not expect to put out? I also know that doesn't give the "star" the right to attack, but with so many young girls trying to jump their bones, why would he think this one would be any different. My advice to young ladies, don't put yourself in compromising situations and you will not have this kind of problem.
