I watch too much news.They mean he was implying that Saddam was going to drop the bomb anyday when they say imminent.

To suggest that President Bush waged war on a mere possibility is to open up a huge can of worms. I mean, it's POSSIBLE that Hussein was going to send a suicide bomber anyday; it's also POSSIBLE that Great Britain would, or Belize. I would also wager that intel officials on 10 September 2001 would have rated as merely POSSIBLE (and not imminent) the liklihood of a terrorist attack the following day.

No, President Bush waged war because of an imminent threat.
