Could you please show where in the rules it mentions a banquet?

Imported exotic beers? Little shrimp flavored rice crackers?

As a self-appointed member of the Funkle Committee, who doesn't care much for greedy people, I will probably cast my fair and unbiased vote for the Funkler who would be satisfied with just the trophy.
