We've started walking in the early evenings with the dog. My neighbor, her mom and the dog. We found out the dog has severe arthritis so we figured it would be good for her.

We three women are very svelte so we really don't NEED it, but hey......

Good for you guys. I've seen pictures of you. All leathery skin and bone. You've certainly watched your weight, but you were never one to watch your intake of UVA rays.
