Now there's a "peace plan":

Dump three million extremely POed people (with grounds to be) on the territory of a friendly government, causing said government to be replaced by a hostile one. Do so in a way that every friendly nation on Earth (including the US) will have to break off not only aid but relations.

Fortunately, right now only the "Herut" party is that crazy, and since they got about as many votes last time around as the "Green Leaf" party, ethnic clea.....errrr....."transfer" isn't likely to happen.
