We just ordered a Dell. The first guy we talked to had such a heavy accent that I literally had to ask him to repeat himself every two to three words. Finally, I just hung up and called back. We got a girl in Toronto. Then when we called to finalize it, we got a girl in Boise who was incredible, named Nancy!

Then...they delayed the shipment two weeks!
