How about the NYT,Washington Post,or some such source.Perhaps the govt.agency that oversees such things has a site.womensenews is not a usual source for fact checking is it?Perhaps I am just not familiar with it.

The quoted part of that article that I posted was from a poster that I trust to be up-front. But I can't find article on the net. I went to the Times, and am looking at their archives, but they are the pits!!!!
