You don't see a connection between Pitt & Thompson?

Why was truthout.org allowed to use Thompson's original "Bush Lied" article without sourcing CHB, From what I read in the Japan story, they credited the article to the editor of Truthout.org and that is Pitt

Based on my conversation (via email) with the editor of Japan Today, I am pretty confident that Truthout was using the article with no permission.

I suppose it is possible that Thompson told them to use it, but I doubt it. I believe they stole it. Plagiarized it.

The editor at Japan Today had never heard of Thompson or Capitol Hill Blue before today. They do, however, purchase stories from Truthout (although, if they want to have any credibility, they may want to reconsider that arrangement).
