Sorry, quoting scripture out of context does not make it right. The fact is, having access to power is not having power. You just turn on the switch.
The children of Israel had the power to bring down the walls of Jericho, but if they just stood there when God told them to march, nothing would have happened. ALL the disciples had the "power" to walk on water, but only one actually got out of the boat, and even he got distracted.
