I don't see a lot of Courtneys, Madison, Kendall, or Suzy Q in that story.

Trust me. As the parent of two teenagers I can safely say the "white girls" are doing it too.

I just graduated from a suburban high school and this type of thing was becoming more trendy as time went on.

Trust me. As the parent of two teenagers I can safely say the "white girls" are doing it too.

I am wondering where everyone lives that this would even be post-worthy.

I haven't seen any female under 30 wear any jeans OTHER than this type for a few years now. I am not sure where you would even buy them.

I have a 16-year-old daughter, that's the only kind she owns.

I like the way they look, but not on my daughter!

Also, if a girl is maybe 3 ounces overweight they are an atrocity. The low waistband will squeeze up the excess into the shape of a man's "love-handles" and make her look like a slob.
