Autobiography is available though Amazon. com .

Went to look for mine and can't locate it. It is very small and bound in red leather. I've tied a ribbon around it to keep it together. Did find my grandmothers copy of UNCLE TOM'S CABIN. She got it as a young girl. It's in good shape. I thought it was with it, but guess I'll just have to keep looking.

I'm watching the re-run of Meet the Press and I'm ready to switch channels, they have that former Clinton stooge, Ambassador Joseph Wilson, He is claiming that Bush & Co. exxagerated the Intelligence. Now Carl Levin is on claiming the same and how concerned he is. WHAT A CROCK

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MR PRESIDENT -- WE LOVE YOU!!

[NOTE: Over 45,000 members of the Presidential Prayer team submitted special birthday greetings to the President last Friday -- unfortunately, I missed the deadline for submission, so my family and I sent separate greetings via president@whitehouse.gov !!]

As I mentioned on Friday's DOSE, my family and I attended the President's Fourth of July speech at the US AirForce Museum (on the Wright-Patterson Air Force base) in Dayton, OH.

Yes, it was 90 degrees and HUMID; and yes, it took us 2 1/2 hours to traverse the last 3 miles into the parking lot -- but none of that mattered once we, and the rest of the crowd of 25,000 soldiers and civilians, saw Air Force One 'buzz' the base (my son is still talking about the 'fly over'!). And when the president took the stage -- WOW -- the crowd (and the soldiers on stage) just went crazy!!!
[Don't worry about future polls -- REAL people LOVE this president ! Note: Pollsters ALWAYS underweight conservatives in general and conservatives in 'flyover states' in particular!]

The article at the following link has some great quotes and pixes -- http://www.enquirer.com/editions/2003/07/05/loc_bush05.html

Well she also said she was named after Sir Edmund Hillary even though he didn't climb Mt Everest until 5 years after she was born. Liberals have no respect for truth & honor

FOUND IT! The ribbon was red, the book brown. Right in front of me all the time!

Publisher: Macmillan's Pocket Classics, 1901.
Has a great introduction that gives history of the book and a few extra tidbits re: Franklin.

My favorite "old" book is THE SINKING OF THE TITANIC. It was published 1912? right after the catastrophe. Lots of stories and pictures. Some of the stories in the movie were very similar.

Here's hoping that the President has a SAFE and successful trip to Africa -- at least he'll be out of DC (and FAR away from the RATs) for a week. Unfortunately, the press will be with him!

Night all!
