Jesus came and said he was not here to change the scripture
of the old testament but to fullfill it.

He did and he is our savior there are those of us who believe that the laws as stated in Noah as in the bible are true and correct and that those who believe in Jesus are fullfilling the old testament. Those who do not believe that Jesus is the Savior as predicted are misinterpeting the entire testament.

That does not mean we throw out the laws of Noah as stated in the Bible. It means we recognize our ties with all of Gods people who have believed in him.

I disagree with your premise. That aside, does "recognizing ties" (if that were true) mandate "the establishment of religion"?
