Are you honestly trying to tell me that Freedom of Religion or a company taking away the Freedom of Religion is lawful??? Yep.
Morally, and under the intent of the Founders - I don't have to hire Catholics (actually the people I weed out are leftists... but I'm using another example).
And yes, on my property, in my house, in my car, or in my business I can tell you to shut up, and you don't have any choice but to do it or leave/quit/walk.

You were not following the conversation. Or from previous posts concerning your logic you were. The other was in favor of tossing away Freedom of Association as a basis of whether or not an employee could keep his job.
It seems though that you are still extremely happy that others should not be able to decide whether or not they want to willfully associate with your favored group.

Wrong.
The Constitution says freedom of religion, not from it. That means as an American, I have the right to practice my religion whereever, and whenever I please.
Don't like that? Too bad. Go to another country that does not allow religion, like China. In fact, you can have yourself a great big anti-religion cakewalk right through Tianamen Square if you want to.
Want to make it an issue? Go right ahead. See how quickly the Thomas More Law Center or the American Center for Law and Justice comes knocking on your door, with legal precedent in one hand.
