Usurp what. What freedom do you not have that you want? Got a few hours? That may take awhile. This will be rambling as it's off the top of my head no order except #1 :)
(Anything you don't know about ask).
Note I want freedom. And not necessarily for me. Make crack legal - I ain't smokin' any. I desire freedom for its own sake.
Restoration of original taxation of US - no income tax.
Removal of all drug laws.
Removal of all gambling laws.
Removal of all other consentual vice laws (prostitution, etc)
Disbandment of all federal agencies not explicitly authorized by the Constitution or vision of the Founders.
End Patriot Act.
End OSHA.
End of laws mandating reporting of our banking and business transactions to the Federal Gov't.
Removal of all speech codes.
Removal of all hate crimes laws.
Removal of trade restrictions upon citizens.
Removal of all three strikes laws.
Removal of all capital federal crimes but those listed in the Constitution.
Restoration of property rights.
End of environmental restrictions on personal property.
Ah heck, that's good for now. There's more but it's early, and I'm still half asleep.
I agree with most of your list, with exception to those that could be regulated by the states...(i.e...prostitution.) We really need to bring back our Constitutional Republic and rid ourselves of activist judges. If we did this then we wouldn't have laws that jailed people for crimes against themselves like drugs, sodomy, and sex with critters. These people would get treatment and charitable groups would aid these people. I truly believe if the government would take less of our money we could helpo many more people in just volunteer charitable donations.
The only problem I have with you freedom arguement is that it totally ignores biological function. When you take sodomy to it's logical conclusion you cannot justify it because it "feels good."
by the way...sorry I called you a liar...I'll play nice:>)
Removal of all drug laws. Sure! Open the doors to more widespread drug use and death!
Speaking of which....
End Patriot Act.
I guess the sight of those planes being flown into the World Trade Center, and the buildings subsequently falling wasn't enough for you.
Removal of all three strikes laws.
Sounds good to me. What I despise about three strikes laws is you have to be caught and convicted three times before you get a sentence that's worth a damn. So how about the crimes you commit and don't get caught with? That's why I support a mandatory death sentence for all murderers, life without parole for sex offenders. One strike, and you're out.
