If this provision can be extended to the governor, then after one year of service (concluded January 2003), should 25% of the electorate sign a recall petition, a recall election can be held.
I was wrong. McGreevey can be removed.
Now -- just what has McGreevey done that would merit recall? Besides just being a typical Democrat. (Remember, I left South Jersey in '71 when I entered the Army, so I'm out of the loop.)
