I'm up to about post #270, and so far this is one of the most civil, interesting discussions I've seen on FR in quite a while.

Thanks for starting this thread. For the purposes of discussion, as far as negatives go, my concerns center on the border/illegal immigration problems, and on the H1B visa - importing of tech workers that,IMHO, we don't need.

I'll be voting for GWB in '04. Overall, I'd give him an A-.

I have added the HB1 Visa to the "Items still to be accomplished and/or addressed" list, baseballmom. Borders and immigration issues were already listed. Thanks!
