That isn't what I asked. I asked your opinion of increasing foreign aid and cutting $15.7 million to investigate cases of child abuse and neglect.

I have not given my opinion on ANY issues that are on the lists. I am not going to start now. That is NOT 'my purpose' on this thread--or to put it another way, that was not my reason for posting this thread, to post my opinion.

On this thread, I am compiling information so that it can be easily seen. No more than that.
