Speaking of "his JOB", does he have one? You know, like one that pays him money for work? I've wondered about this since he seems to always be here.

I think TLB could go a long way towards innoculating himself against a lot of this criticism if he could list some people that he thinks the President should nominate to the Supreme Court and the reasons for his choices.

With his present strategy of seemingly mindless criticism, he runs the risk of appearing as just another negative and pathologically depressed gadfly. He needs to sound like he is sometimes for something. JMO. ;-)
