Does copper stop or retard the shedding of hair?
Thinning hair is a sign of not enough copper in the diet. But too much copper causes it to fall out too. Cashews have lots of copper as does meat.

Hmmm. In my early twenties, my hair started shedding a lot (I was experimenting with vegetarianism, and probably had a nutrient-deficient diet; but what did I know, back then I was an idiot leftist, too...) and is now quite thin.
Do you think supplementation would help?
