This reminds me, just the other day... Ben & Jerry's founder named a sundae for Dean but officially endorsed Kucinich.

Yeah but you know what is going to happen. We've seen it twice already. If the rats are losing in the pole the candidate will withdraw at the last moment and the rats will have someone waiting in the wings.

My guess is that if they can get a slugfest going get the public to think bad of both candidates then they will pull the substitute with a candidate that is clean.

If polls show that Hillary has a chance she will take it. If she doesn't have a chance then they will pass to someone else. Lieberman, Gore, somebody who has a better chance than the person who won the primary and yet isn't going to be afraid to lose after a very short campaign.

The rat's substitutes should be easy to spot during the campaign. They'll have a couple of people that aren't running that are constantly in the press. But they will only talk about non-controversial issues. Issues where they can take a position that is strong in the polls.
