Ann said that the executives of B&N spent a lot of money on her book, buying the promo tables with her picture for each one of it's stores across America. I would suggest contacting management at B&N home office and reporting the individual store. They didn't spend all that money for nothing and are probably not aware of the fact that that particular store is hiding this best seller.

That is a substantial breach of contract between the publisher and B&N, as the publisher pays a mint for those promo spots. I'm sure B&N corporate will not be pleased with the individual store managers creating very large liabilities for the company.
